Cookie Notice
SIVO Hub sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no tracking cookies of any kind. This page lists the few it does set and explains why you are not shown a consent banner.
The public website
Browsing sivohub.com sets no cookies at all. The pages load no third-party script, no third-party font and no tracking pixel, and store nothing in your browser. There is no analytics product behind this site, not our own and not anybody else’s.
The support desk, once you sign in
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
__Host-sivo_session | Proves you are signed in. Without it, the product cannot know who you are and cannot show you anything. | 14 days, or until you sign out |
sivo_oauth | Set only while a Microsoft or Google sign-in is being completed, to tie the response back to the request that started it. Deleted as soon as sign-in finishes. | 10 minutes |
Both are strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, which is the exception in the ePrivacy rules that does not require consent. Neither is used to build a profile, neither is shared with anyone, and neither follows you to any other site.
Our network provider
Traffic to the service is carried by Cloudflare, which may set its own strictly necessary security cookies to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated attacks. Those are set by the network layer rather than by the application and are not used for advertising. Cloudflare is listed on the subprocessors page.
Turning them off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie means you cannot stay signed in, because that cookie is the only thing that keeps you signed in. Nothing else on this site depends on one.
If that changes
If SIVO Hub ever introduces analytics or anything else that is not strictly necessary, this page will say so before it is switched on, and a proper consent mechanism will appear with it, one where nothing non-essential runs until you agree. Questions: [email protected].
