The documents
Everything SIVO Hub publishes, in one place, each with a version number and the date it took effect. The version a customer accepted is recorded against their account, so what they agreed to can always be established rather than inferred.

The short version
- SIVO Hub is software sold to organisations. It is not an IT support service and it is not sold to consumers.
- Your data stays yours. You can export all of it, at any time, without asking us.
- Inside your workspace we are your processor, not the controller. The Data Processing Agreement says so in the form Article 28 requires.
- There is no uptime guarantee, no security certification and no analytics or tracking. All three are stated plainly rather than left for you to discover.
- The agreement is governed by the laws of Malta, and its courts decide any dispute.
