Service desk
Tickets, priorities, categories, internal notes, attachments and a full history. Email notifications on every reply.
The plan follows how many of your own people answer tickets: one on Solo, up to five on Team or Internal IT. The clients you look after and their staff are unlimited on every plan and never cost anything, however many there are.
The plans differ by who is on the other end of the tickets, and then by how many of you there are.
Pick one and the plans that fit appear. The first difference is who you support, and the second is how many of you there are. Nobody gets a smaller product for paying less.
Every plan is the software only. No support hours, no engineers and no IT services are included on any plan. You do the support and SIVO Hub keeps the record.
Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout or to your invoice at whatever rate applies where you are. An annual invoice gives you two months free, by email.
Three of these depend on supporting other businesses, so they are marked. Everything else is on every plan.
Tickets, priorities, categories, internal notes, attachments and a full history. Email notifications on every reply.
Equipment, serial numbers, suppliers, purchase values, warranty dates and who is holding what.
A timer or a manual entry against any ticket, billable or not, with the rate recorded at the time.
Post into one Slack channel when a ticket is raised, replied to or moved on. The reference, the subject and a link, never the description.
A one-time code by email, or Microsoft and Google accounts.
A one page PDF of the month, on your own letterhead: tickets, response times, hours against the allowance, and what kept coming up. Hand it to whoever pays for the work.
Written guides for every screen, with a question mark on each page that opens the right one.
Every reply, status change, assignment, deletion and setting change, with who did it and when. Append only, so nothing removes an entry.
One button hands you your whole workspace as a file, with the attachments or without them. Nothing to request and nobody to ask.
Hourly, per ticket, retainer with included hours, or a fixed monthly fee. Invoices come out as a PDF.
Eleven currencies, each with its own rate, and history that is never rewritten.
Separate client companies, their own people, bulk changes and a spreadsheet import.
Here so you can plan around them from day one.
All of it. Every plan gives you 7 days with nothing switched off and no card asked for. If it is not right for you, do nothing and it simply stops.
No. SIVO Hub is the software your IT business or IT department runs its support desk on. We do not read, triage or answer the tickets in your workspace, we do not maintain anybody's equipment, and no plan includes support hours, engineers or services of any kind. The support is done by you. The Terms say the same in section 3.
Nothing is deleted. You get three more days of full access, and after that the account pauses rather than closing: your data stays exactly where it is and you can still sign in. Email us, we set you up on the plan you choose and send the first invoice, and we aim to have you working again the same working day.
By card. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who are the seller of record and who issue your receipt, so your statement will say Dodo Payments rather than SIVO Hub. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and you can cancel any time. Annual billing gives you two months free.
Up or down, by email, whenever you like. Moving up applies straight away. Moving down applies from the next invoice.
If you pay by card, there is a Cancel button on your own Plan and billing page. No email, no notice period and no reason needed. If we invoice you instead, email us and we stop invoicing.
If your card expires or you want to use a different one, there is a Manage card button on your own Plan and billing page. It opens Dodo Payments, who take the payment and are the only ones holding the card. We never see or store card details.
Email us. Larger teams are a conversation and a fixed number rather than a per seat calculation, which is the whole point of pricing this way.
Each company sees only its own tickets, people and equipment, enforced in the database rather than hidden in the interface. Attachments are scanned for malware. Every change is recorded in an audit log.
The refund policy sets out when we refund and how long it takes. In short, tell us within fourteen days of your first payment on a plan and we will refund it in full, no reason needed.
Email what your week actually looks like and we will tell you which plan fits, including if the cheaper one covers it or if we are the wrong tool for you.
